Q: I need my goods urgently. Do you provide an express service?
A: Yes. If you need something in a hurry, just call us.
Q: What is your standard lead-time?
A: It varies from product to product, but is usually between 1 and 4 weeks.
Q: What do the guide prices listed include?
A: Prices include a single position personalisation. If printed, this will be in 1 colour. The prices do not include Set-ups/Origination, VAT, or Delivery
Q: What are Set-ups/Origination?
A: These terms relate to the fixed costs associated with getting a product ready for personalisation. They could include the production of a silk screen for printing, or machine set-up for engraving.
Q: How do I know what my finished item will look like?
A: Prior to beginning production on your order, we will email you a “Virtual Sample” showing an approximation of how the finished product will look.
Q: Can I get an actual printed sample?
A: Yes, and we always encourage clients to do so as it removes any doubt as to how the final product will look. Please speak to your sales rep for details.
Q: I have questions about my artwork and logo. Can you help?
A: Yes. Please go to the Branding page for an overview of artwork details.
Q: Do you have additional articles to the ones shown on your site?
A: Yes. We have access to thousands of items. It’s just not practical to show them all on our site. If you don’t see what you want, drop us an email and we’ll try and source it for you. We can also offer fully bespoke custom made items in most product categories.
Q: Have you produced all of the actual items shown in the images on your site?
A: Whilst we endeavour to show images of only products we have produced for clients, this is not always possible. We therefore on occasion must use stock images from our suppliers. All products displaying names, logos or trademarks on the site are for illustration purposes only. They in no way suggest that the owner endorses the product or any other.
